The Benefits of an Inversion Table

If you have never used an inversion table before then you are really missing out. Nothing I have ever used has been as good for fixing my back and helping me to feel better throughout my whole body. Sound crazy? Wonder why hanging upside down can do all that for someone? Well, do a quick reading up on the benefits of an inversion table and you will see exactly what I am talking about.

However, if you really want to understand the benefits of an inversion table then you have to try it out yourself. Don't let hanging upside down scare you and just do it! Honestly, you will not regret it. All day long you have forces that work against the overall health of your body, with the main one being gravity. Day in and day out, and even while you sleep, gravity pulls you down (literally and figuratively when it comes to your back health). While our bodies are amazing at adapting, we can only bear so much. In fact, during your lifetime you will most likely 'shrink' by 1-2 inches from your top height! However, many astronauts 'grow' a couple of inches when they spend some time in space (of course only to 'shrink' back again when they come down). Sound crazy! Well, it's real, and that's what gravity does to your body.

By using an inversion table you may not get taller, but the discs in your back will be enabled to expand, thus effectively re-hydrating them and allowing them to recover somewhat from the forces of nature that work on them all day long, leading to many benefits for you, including reducing your back pain.
